1. About these terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Website Terms") apply when you visit or use cadunoapp.com and its pages (the "Website"). The Website is run by Marina Ukalovic, a sole trader (ABN 60 945 088 336), trading as Caduno ("Caduno", "we", "us", "our"), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
By using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.
These Website Terms don't cover:
- the Caduno early access waitlist, which is covered by our Waitlist and Early Access Terms
- the Caduno app, which is not available yet and will have its own Terms of Service
Our business structure: Caduno currently operates as a sole trader business. When the company we are setting up to run Caduno is registered, it will take over the Website and these Website Terms, and we will update this page with its name and ACN.
