Caduno Waitlist Collection Notice

This notice tells you the key things about how we handle the personal information you give us when you join the Caduno waitlist at cadunoapp.com/join. It is given under Australian Privacy Principle 5. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.

| What we collect | Your name, email address, suburb or postcode, which best describes you (trade business, homeowner, property manager, or strata or body corporate manager), and your answers to a few short questions about your work or property (optional if you join from our homepage). Optional: your mobile number, whether you'd like to test Caduno, and, for trade businesses, a business name for the Founding 250 wall. We also record your choices about messages, the versions of our documents you agreed to and when, and a one-way scrambled ("hashed") version of your IP address to stop spam (deleted after 30 days) |
| How we collect it | Directly from you, through the waitlist form. If you arrived through someone's invite link, we also record whose link it was |
| Why we collect it | To run the Waitlist and keep track of your place; send you the messages you agree to; check eligibility for early access offers, the Founding Spotlight and the Founding 250 wall; decide which trades, team sizes and areas to launch in first; and design Caduno's features and prices |
| If you don't give it | Your name, email, suburb or postcode and which best describes you are needed to join. Without them we can't add you to the Waitlist. On the full waitlist form the short questions are needed too; if you join from our homepage they're optional. Your mobile number, testing interest and wall listing are always optional |
| Who we share it with | Our small team, and the service providers that help us run the website, store the Waitlist and send emails. They can only use it to provide their service to us. If you join using someone's invite link, we may tell them your first name. If you tick the Founding 250 wall box, we show your business name, trades and suburb on a public page. We never sell your personal information |
| Overseas | Waitlist records are stored in Australia (Sydney). Some providers process information overseas, mainly in the United States, and possibly the European Union |
| Messages | We only send you the messages you agree to on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing hello@cadunoapp.com. See our Email and Text Message Policy |
| Your rights | Our Privacy Policy explains how you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and how to make a complaint, including to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) |
| How long we keep it | Until you ask us to remove you, or 12 months after the Caduno app launches, whichever comes first (see section 17 of our Privacy Policy) |
Please don't include anyone else's personal information, or anything sensitive such as health or financial details, in your answers.
